I build systems that empower human performance.

Hello! I'm a human factors researcher and human-computer interaction specialist with a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering. I design and build systems that enhance human performance in high-stakes environments, with a focus on space exploration. My core mission is ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and well-being of people operating complex systems—from astronauts on deep-space missions to operators managing critical infrastructure.

I currently serve as a researcher in the Human-Computer Interaction Group at NASA Ames Research Center, where I lead research on crew autonomy and human-automation interaction for future exploration missions. I also contribute to the development of Playbook, NASA's mission-critical planning and execution software used in analog missions and lunar operations.

From building mission-critical planning tools to developing high-fidelity simulations for human-in-the-loop research, I combine human factors theory and working software. My technical stack includes Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, R, and C#, enabling me to transform research insights into production-ready systems.
